Terms of Service

Last updated: October 9, 2026

1. Who we are, and what this covers

Sweat Hard is a workout tracking service operated by Veronika Littlefield (“we”, “us”). These terms apply whenever you use sweathard.fit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sweat Hard.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.

2. Who can use Sweat Hard

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

Sweat Hard uses magic-link sign-in: we email you a link instead of asking for a password. Anyone with access to your email can therefore sign in as you, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

One account per person. Don't share your account with others or let anyone else use it.

4. Exercise carries risk — please read this one

Sweat Hard is not medical advice, and we are not your doctor, trainer, or physiotherapist. The workouts, exercise descriptions, demonstration videos, calorie estimates, heart rate zones, and progress statistics in the app are for general fitness and informational purposes only.

Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have been inactive for a long time.

You exercise at your own risk. You are responsible for choosing workouts that suit your ability, using correct form, using equipment safely, and stopping when something hurts. If you feel faint, dizzy, short of breath, or experience pain, stop and seek medical attention.

Calorie, heart-rate-zone, and one-rep-max figures in the app are estimates calculated from formulas and the details you enter. They are not measurements, and they should not be used for medical or clinical purposes.

5. Free accounts, subscriptions, and billing

Browsing workouts, viewing the exercise library, and watching linked videos are free, with no payment method required. Free accounts also include workout tracking, your workout history, and a saved-workout library of limited size (currently 12 workouts at a time — deleting a saved workout frees a slot). Free accounts are also subject to reasonable fair-use limits on how often workouts can be saved.

A Premium subscription removes the library limit and adds calendar scheduling and advanced metrics. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently $20 per year). They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Because the free tier lets you use Sweat Hard before paying anything, we don't offer refunds or prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you need a break rather than a goodbye, email us and we can pause your account on request. Your workout history is never deleted for not subscribing, and your downloadable report stays available either way.

Prices may change. If they do, we'll give you notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Promotions and discounts

We may offer promotional pricing from time to time — for example, launch pricing or a discount code. Promotional terms are as described when the offer is made, are limited, and are not transferable. A promotional subscription price you signed up at continues for as long as your subscription stays active.

7. Workouts and content in the app

Workouts in Sweat Hard come from real fitness creators. Their videos are hosted on YouTube and belong to them. Whether you play a video inside the app through YouTube's player or follow the link to watch it on YouTube, your views count toward the creator's channel, and YouTube's own terms apply to the playback.

Workouts you build, edit, and log are yours. You give us permission to store and display that content back to you so the service can work. We don't publish your workouts or your history to other users.

The app itself — its design, code, exercise library, and written content — belongs to us. Don't copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute it.

8. Using the service fairly

Please don't:

  • break the law, or use the service to harm anyone
  • try to access other people's accounts or data
  • bypass payment, access controls, or usage limits
  • scrape or bulk-download the exercise library or workout content
  • upload anything abusive, infringing, or malicious
  • disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on

9. Availability

We aim to keep Sweat Hard running and improving, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Features may change or be removed. The service depends on providers such as our hosting, database, and payment processors, and their outages can affect it.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Sweat Hard at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data — see the Privacy Policy for how.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we're required to by law. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund any unused portion of a subscription you've already paid for.

11. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the service will meet your fitness goals or that its estimates are accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from exercise you choose to do. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia.
